INNOVATION
Innovation is the quality that makes it possible to imagine and create additional new possibilities, and entails the property of constant change in space and constant change of the space. Innovation can be expressed in all aspects of life that we will encounter during the journey on Planet Earth. Oz-Harmony Temple supports and encourages innovation with the understanding that it is an element that weaves itself during movement, while listening inward and being coordinated with our source.
The field of innovation is led in the temple by the young, as well as the older ones. The collaboration between the wisdom of the young alongside the wisdom and experience of the adults, gives rise to a huge potential for the creation of pioneering innovation that enriches our lives and our world.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Entrepreneurial energy is a movement of inner awakening to invent and create. This energy is also used to take the initiative to solve problems, both local and global, from the issues that burn in you and from the power of the passion that arises in you to respond to your needs and difficulties or those in your environment.
In the temple we will encourage essential skills and learn about the energy of entrepreneurship. The learning will include, among others, the topics: magnetizing the right people, writing a business plan, reading financial reports, managerial function, effective research, vision without limits, conflict resolution, dealing with challenges, communication and cooperation, the ability to inspire others with similar passion and frequency, to join you and your vision.
